All designs have a 2 to 3 week turnaround time after revisions have been made. Expedited orders of 1 week will attract a rush fee.

We allow up to 3 revisions per item. 

Yes, only for paper goods and only if you are located in Jamaica. All other items come with a digital proof.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining 50% must be made the day before the event.

We accept Direct Bank Transfer and Western Union transactions. 

We deliver via Knutsford Express, local bearers and depending on the location we bring it directly
to you.
